Proethos AB is a new sustainable investment fund based in Lund, Sweden. Proethos AB approached Leap Strategies in 2018, seeking advice on how their fund could become more sustainable. After some initial scoping meetings it was agreed that Leap Strategies would perform a review of the publicly available information regarding best practice and screening methods. This review identified areas for potential improvement and gave Proethos AB a better understanding of current developments. In addition, the Leap Strategies team performed a review of sectors chosen by Proethos AB to identify new investments. This review resulted in Proethos AB investing in a company identified by Leap Strategies.

The Swedish real estate company Backahill operates numerous real estate developments and holdings throughout southern Sweden. The objective of the project was the development of an environmental policy to engage employees, suppliers, and customers in environmental awareness. A group of two student consultants conducted market research and engaged their knowledge of Environmental Management Systems, ISO 14001 requirements and other environmental certifications to deliver the final Environmental Policy, which is published on the company website. Backahill aspires to use it as a benchmark in expanding sustainability work. This project was coordinated by Miljöbron.

Värpinge Grön LivsCultur AB approaches sustainability from a holistic point of view. The project is an organic farm, a golf course, and a place where different groups of society can meet and interact, all at the same time. The project's objective was to develop a strategy that enables founder Håkan to present and explain Värpinge's complex and holistic approach to various stakeholders. The project was carried out by two students and was administered by Miljöbron.
